Emerging Markets Equity Fund

The Emerging Markets Equity Fund invests in high-quality, growing companies with a substantial share of their revenues or assets in emerging markets countries.

The Fund’s base currency is the US Dollar. Other currency classes offer shareholders the convenience of transacting in their preferred currency but they are unhedged and have the same underlying currency exposures as the US Dollar class.

Harding Loevner has agreed to cap the Class I total expense ratio at 0.95%, based on the fiscal year-to-date’s weighted average net assets.
Harding Loevner has agreed to cap the Class R total expense ratio at 1.15%, based on the fiscal year-to-date’s weighted average net assets.
Harding Loevner has agreed to cap the Class M total expense ratio at 1.05%, based on the fiscal year-to-date’s weighted average net assets.
Harding Loevner has agreed to cap the Class X total expense ratio at 0.10%, based on the fiscal year-to-date’s weighted average net assets.

Total expense ratio (TER) is based on the investment management fees listed in the most recent prospectus supplement and the operating expenses incurred in the fiscal year.
