SEPARATE ACCOUNTS Institutional

Our separate accounts offer institutional investors professional portfolio management and direct ownership of the securities in their portfolios. These accounts permit flexibility and customization, allowing institutional investors to apply certain restrictions to the investments that may be included in their particular portfolios. Harding Loevner works with a wide range of global custodians, so institutions can utilize Harding Loevner's strategies without altering existing custodial and reporting relationships.

Our list of institutional clients consists of both tax-exempt and taxable investors and includes major foundations, endowments, pension plans, private family offices, and sub-advisory relationships. A representative list is available upon request.

The five investment strategies that we offer to institutional investors share a common underlying philosophy and process but draw from different universes of potential investments.

International Equity Strategy – a diversified portfolio comprised of equity investments in companies in developed markets based outside the United States as well as in established companies in emerging markets.

Global Equity Strategy – a broadly diversified portfolio comprised of equity investments in companies based in the United States and other developed markets as well as in established companies in emerging markets.

Emerging Markets Strategy – a portfolio comprised of equity investments in high-quality companies that are based in emerging markets or whose activities are located predominantly in these markets.
